Inspection on Delivery
Customers are allowed to inspect their order upon delivery before confirming receipt.

Exchange Policy

* Exchanges are available within 7 days of receiving the order.
* If the customer requests an exchange due to size mismatch, model change, or color preference, a fee of 3 JOD will apply.
* If the exchange is due to a defective product or an error from our side, the exchange will be completely free of charge.

Return Policy

* If the customer decides to return the product at the time of delivery (while the courier is present), a fee of 3 JOD will apply.
* If the return request is made after the courier has left, the return fee will be 6 JOD.

المعاينة عند الاستلام
يُسمح للعملاء بمعاينة طلبهم عند الاستلام قبل تأكيد الاستلام.

سياسة الاستبدال

* الاستبدال متاح خلال 7 أيام من استلام الطلب.
* إذا طلب العميل الاستبدال بسبب عدم تطابق المقاس أو تغيير الموديل أو تفضيل اللون، سيتم تطبيق رسوم قدرها 3 دنانير أردنية.
* إذا كان الاستبدال بسبب منتج معيب أو خطأ من جانبنا، فسيكون الاستبدال مجانًا بالكامل.

سياسة الإرجاع

* إذا قرر العميل إرجاع المنتج وقت التسليم (أثناء وجود مندوب التوصيل)، فسيتم تطبيق رسوم قدرها 3 دنانير أردنية.
* إذا تم طلب الإرجاع بعد مغادرة مندوب التوصيل، فستكون رسوم الإرجاع 6 دنانير أردنية.
