Exchange & Return Policy

Inspection on Delivery
Customers are allowed to inspect their order upon delivery before confirming receipt.

Exchange Policy

* Exchanges are available within 7 days of receiving the order.
* If the customer requests an exchange due to size mismatch, model change, or color preference, a fee of 3 JOD will apply.
* If the exchange is due to a defective product or an error from our side, the exchange will be completely free of charge.

Return Policy

* If the customer decides to return the product at the time of delivery (while the courier is present), a fee of 3 JOD will apply.
* If the return request is made after the courier has left, the return fee will be 6 JOD.

المعاينة عند الاستلام
يحق للعميل معاينة الطلب عند الاستلام قبل تأكيد الاستلام.

سياسة التبديل

* يتوفر التبديل خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
* في حال طلب التبديل بسبب اختلاف المقاس، تغيير الموديل أو اللون، يتم احتساب رسوم 3 دنانير أردنية.
* في حال كان التبديل بسبب وجود خلل في المنتج أو خطأ من طرفنا، يتم التبديل مجاناً بالكامل.

سياسة الترجيع

* في حال رغبة العميل بإرجاع المنتج أثناء وجود مندوب التوصيل، يتم احتساب رسوم 3 دنانير أردنية.
* في حال طلب الإرجاع بعد مغادرة مندوب التوصيل، يتم احتساب رسوم 6 دنانير أردنية.
