Exchange & Return Policy | سياسة التبديل والاسترجاع

At BSWear Official, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please review our policy regarding order inspection, exchanges, and returns.

1. Inspection on Delivery

Customers are allowed to inspect their order upon delivery and check the items before confirming receipt and the departure of the courier.

2. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available within 7 days of receiving the order under the following conditions:

Customer Preference: If the exchange is due to a size mismatch, model change, or color preference, a service fee of 3 JOD will apply.

Defective or Wrong Item: If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error from our side, the exchange will be completely FREE of charge.

3. Return Policy

During Delivery: If you decide to return the product while the courier is still present, a return fee of 3 JOD applies.

After Delivery: If the return request is made after the courier has left, the return fee will be 6 JOD.

1. المعاينة عند الاستلام

يحق للعميل معاينة الطلب وفحص المنتجات عند الاستلام قبل تأكيد الاستلام وقبل مغادرة مندوب التوصيل.

2. سياسة التبديل

يتوفر التبديل خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب وفق الشروط التالية:

رغبة العميل: في حال طلب التبديل بسبب اختلاف المقاس، تغيير الموديل أو اللون، يتم احتساب رسوم خدمة بقيمة 3 دنانير أردنية.

خلل أو خطأ من المتجر: في حال كان التبديل بسبب وجود خلل مصنعي في المنتج أو خطأ من طرفنا، يتم التبديل مجاناً بالكامل.

3. سياسة الترجيع

أثناء وجود المندوب: في حال رغبة العميل بإرجاع المنتج أثناء وجود مندوب التوصيل، يتم دفع رسوم بقيمة 3 دنانير أردنية.

بعد مغادرة المندوب: في حال طلب الإرجاع بعد مغادرة مندوب التوصيل، يتم احتساب رسوم بقيمة 6 دنانير أردنية.
